- Upon agreement on the conference service package, the client is required to provide written confirmation (via email or official letter) as an acceptance sign.
- Payment for the conference services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. CV Publika Global Media retains the right to specify the deposit amount or full payment before the event commences.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- In the event of cancellation after confirmation, CV Publika Global Media reserves the right to assess a refund based on the level of preparation and expenses incurred by the company.
- The client is expected to provide written notice of cancellation within a reasonable timeframe before the event date. Cancellation administration fees may apply.
- Copyright and License:
- CV Publika Global Media will hold the copyright to the electronic conference proceedings or other publications resulting from the event.
- The client and conference participants maintain the copyright to their own works presented or published in the conference, but grant permission to CV Publika Global Media for publication in conference proceedings or journals.
- Responsibility and Liability:
- CV Publika Global Media shall not be held responsible for accidents, losses, or damages to participants, speakers, or any other parties during the event.
- The client is responsible for arranging suitable insurance coverage for protection during the conference.
- Schedule or Agenda Changes:
- CV Publika Global Media reserves the right to modify the conference schedule or agenda when deemed necessary, with prior notification provided to the client and participants.
- Promotion and Name Usage:
- CV Publika Global Media reserves the right to use the client’s name and logo as references or for promotional purposes in the company’s portfolio or other marketing endeavors.
- The client is also expected to grant permission to CV Publika Global Media for using their name and logo in conference promotional materials.
- Legal Compliance:
- The conference services offered by CV Publika Global Media must align with the laws and regulations of the country or region where the event is held.
- The client and conference participants are expected to abide by scientific ethics and respect intellectual property rights in their presentations and papers.
