Financial risk management has become increasingly important as organizations face uncertainty driven by economic disruptions, technological change, and emerging financial risks. This study examines the role of financial risk management in strengthening organizational resilience and maintaining financial stability through a qualitative Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Relevant studies published over the last five years were collected from major academic databases and analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings indicate that effective risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and governance significantly enhance organizational resilience and financial stability. The review also emphasizes the importance of business continuity planning and crisis preparedness in supporting long-term sustainability. Furthermore, technological innovations, particularly artificial intelligence and data analytics, have improved the effectiveness of modern risk management by enabling more accurate risk prediction and informed decision-making. The study concludes that comprehensive financial risk management is essential for strengthening organizational resilience, maintaining financial stability, and supporting sustainable organizational performance in an increasingly complex financial environment.
